Philip Stephens

Mr. Stephens provides strategic investment and capital raise advice to the Company. Mr. Stephens has more than forty years of experience in corporate finance and, up until his retirement in 2002, was an investment banker in London. Prior to 2002, he was the joint head of corporate finance at Williams de Broë for four years and, before that, was Head of UK Corporate Finance at UBS for six years, having joined the bank in 1989. Prior to that, he was a managing director with Chase Investment Bank in London. Mr. Stephens is an investor, Partner and an Advisor to the Company.

Paul Meeks

Mr. Meeks provides structure and capital raise advice the Company. Mr. Meeks is a veteran equity analyst and portfolio manager investing in global technology and sustainable companies. Mr. Meeks also is a contributor and regular guest on CNBC television. Mr. Meeks is an Advisor to the Company.

Mr. Farthing provides strategic capital introductions to the Company. Mr. Farthing has more than thirty-five years of experience in discretionary wealth management, financial advisory and institutional broking. Mr. Farthing is an Advisor to the Company.

Arthur Glenn  

Mr. Glenn provides scalable business guidance to the executive team. Mr. Glenn had a leadership role within General Electric for thirty—five years, where he worked directly with Jack Welch on management, finance and product development. After Mr. Glenn retired from GE in 1993, he became the President & Chair of Air and Water Technologies, a $600 million Environmental Systems and Services company. Mr. Glenn is an investor and an Advisor.

Sean Kidney

Mr. Kidney provides green bond principle guidance to the Company. Mr. Kidney is the CEO and Co-founder of the Climate Bond Initiative where he designs and scrutinizes investment vehicles to develop a large liquid Green & Climate Bonds markets to help drive down the cost of capital for climate projects and assist governments tapping into debt markets. Mr. Kidney is an Advisor.

Mr. McGirt provides asset acquisition and structured finance advice to the Company. Mr. McGirt has twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the residential and commercial real estate sectors. Mr. McGirt has been involved in the securitization and direct investment of various real estate related to Mortgage Backed Securities. Mr. McGirt is an investor and an Advisor.

Mr. Maxwell provides SmartHome portfolio asset management advice. Mr. Maxwell has worked in the financial services industry since 2002 where he has mainly focused on the mortgage market and secularization strategies. Mr. Maxwell is currently a Director at Sun Trust, Investment Banking Division. Mr. Maxwell is an Advisor.
